When you submit our intake form, we collect your name, phone number, and a description of what you are building. If you continue the conversation by SMS, we also store the messages you exchange with us. We use privacy-friendly analytics that collect aggregate usage data about visits to this site.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate your submission, respond to you, and operate and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages, Intersection Syndicatemay use your phone number to send conversational messages related to your inquiry, startup submission, investor syndicate interest, scheduling, and follow-up communication. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Intersection Syndicate does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site: a messaging provider to send and receive SMS, an AI provider to help us process and respond to intake conversations, a database provider to store submissions, and a hosting and analytics provider. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function.

Data retention

We keep submissions and conversation history for as long as needed to evaluate them and maintain our records, and delete them when no longer needed. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@intersectionhq.com. We respond to all legitimate requests.
